Last updated: July 2026. This policy explains what personal information BraZouky Australia collects through this website, how we use it, and who we share it with.
1. What We Collect
Contact form: when you use the contact form on this site, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide.
Newsletter sign-up: if you subscribe via the footer form, we send your email address to Brevo to start a double opt-in process. You are only added to our mailing list after you click the confirmation link in that email.
Tickets: ticket sales for BraZouky are handled entirely by DancePlace, a third-party ticketing platform — we do not collect or store your payment details, and any personal information you give DancePlace when buying a ticket is subject to DancePlace’s own privacy policy, not this one.
Site analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they view. It is cookie-free and reports aggregated, anonymised traffic data — it does not build individual visitor profiles.
2. How We Use It
- To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To understand overall site traffic and improve the website.
- To send festival-related updates only if you’ve explicitly opted in (e.g. via a mailing list sign-up) — we will never add you to a mailing list just because you contacted us or bought a ticket.
3. Who We Share It With
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with:
- DancePlace — for ticketing, if you purchase a pass (governed by DancePlace’s own privacy policy).
- Formspree — our contact form provider, which receives and forwards form submissions to us.
- Brevo — our email marketing provider, which processes newsletter sign-ups and sends festival updates to subscribers who have opted in.
- Vercel — our hosting and analytics provider, which processes traffic data on our behalf.
- Authorities, if required by law.
4. Links to Other Sites
This site links out to third parties including DancePlace, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. We’re not responsible for their privacy practices — please check their own policies.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable precautions to keep the personal information we hold secure, and we only retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry.
6. Children
This site is not directed at children. By using it, you represent that you are old enough, under the laws of your country or state, to provide this consent on your own behalf (or that of any minor dependents you’re registering).
