What to Expect
The 2027 schedule isn't published yet. Here's last year's timetable so you know what a BraZouky weekend looks like.

- 3 nights of parties until 4 am (Fri–Sun), plus day socials

Competitions
Please ensure your full understanding of the competition rules. Lack of understanding won't exempt the competitor from fulfillment of the rules.
General Rules
- All competitors must be 18 years of age or older, for all divisions.
- Competitors must read and accept the liability waiver, taking responsibility for any injury or damage caused to, or by, them during the event.
- BraZouky organisers hold administrative rights over competition rules and event development, but are not involved in judging or competition placings.
Jack & Jill Division
BraZouky is a Brazilian Zouk Dance Council (BZDC) registered event — the Jack & Jill competition runs in accordance with all BZDC rules, policies and guidelines.

Videos and Photos
The BraZouky organisation reserves the right to take and use any videos or photos during and after the event, including for commercial use. Once the registration form has been completed, all competitors acknowledge the understanding and fulfillment of all rules. Any video or photo taken by an entity or person not authorised by the BraZouky organisation is strictly prohibited. The organisation reserves the right to broadcast or rebroadcast the BraZouky event. Competitors will not receive any compensation for this.
Mandatory Activities
The BraZouky organisation has mandatory activities for its competitors. Competitors should view the event programme and find out when those will be held.
Registration
Each competitor should purchase a BraZouky Full Pass and also register for their chosen division via ticket booking. The BraZouky Pass does not include competition registration — each competitor must purchase a Competition Pass for each division they will compete in. The director or coach of any competitor should also purchase a BraZouky Pass if they wish to attend or compete.
- Competition will consist of up to three qualifying rounds: prelims, semi-finals and finals.
- Registrations can be made in person up until 11 AM on the Friday of the event, though prices are higher on the day.
- During registration check-in, competitors' information, divisions and payments are confirmed. Competitors receive event information, wristbands and bibs.

BraZouky 2026 hosted the ZoukNerds professional development course — a 12-hour intensive with Alisson Sandi & Gui Prada, designed to transform your dancing whether you're a professional, an experienced dancer, or still improving.
